Can I use Cloudcraft for free?

Yes! You can use Cloudcraft for free and create advanced AWS & Azure architecture diagrams. You can use Cloudcraft for free in both commercial and non-commercial projects. All the designer components are available to you. We also offer a 14-day free trial for our Cloudcraft Pro service which provides additional features for professionals and teams. To use this free trial, you are not required to provide credit card information.

What if it doesn't work as expected?

If you're not fully happy with Cloudcraft for any reason, no worries. We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. You can use the support option in the app, or simply write to us at cloudcraft-support@datadoghq.com and we'll take care of you.

I am a Datadog customer, how can I get started with Cloudcraft?

Visit the Cloudcraft sign up page and select “Sign up with Datadog”. Provide your Datadog login credentials to have a unified login. Further, you can select components in your Cloudcraft diagram and click on the Datadog icon to navigate to your Datadog dashboard where you can check related host metrics, serverless function logs, and more.

Am I in a contract when I start a free trial?

No. You are not in a long term contract when you sign up for a monthly subscription. You can cancel in the Cloudcraft app at any time.

I need a bigger plan!

Additional users can be freely added during your Pro trial, or at any later time. After your subscription starts, additional users are only charged for the prorated time remaining in your current subscription period.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express when signing up online.

Invoicing is available when you choose annual billing with any of our Pro or Enterprise plans.

I am a Datadog customer, am I able to receive a discount on Cloudcraft?

While Cloudcraft does not offer special discounts to Datadog customers, customers who are part of the Enterprise tier will be provided custom pricing based on their needs.

Does Cloudcraft support AWS GovCloud regions?
